I used to love blue smelly cheeses especially gorgonzola and Stilton so was happy to
find this one. Although it doesn’t have the same crumbly texture the taste is great and goes well on crackers.

probaremos este el fin de semana (espero que esté bueno).

to my impromptu charcuterie offerings. I got it from Metro.
I love the taste of this cheese. It definitely tastes like blue cheese, at least to me. It doesn’t crumble like dairy blue cheese, but for me, it doesn’t matter. I’m not that picky about it and I don’t like making comparisons to what we’ve all been accustomed to in our pre-vegan days. It’s delicious and that’s all that matters to me. My non-vegan friend was also very impressed with it.
I really like that there’s no palm oil in it. Instead coconut oil has been used. Palm oil seems to be very ubiquitous, so it’s nice to see something without it.
Like most cheese, there is a lot of fat in this. But there’s also a lot of vitamin B 12.
I would still get this again and definitely recommend it.
faint "blue" taste. Texture wise it wasn't crumbly or creamy at all. It was basically like eating slightly mouldy plastic 🤷🏼♀️ I'll probably try to finish it in some cooked dishes only because it was expensive and it feels like a shame to bin it - but really it's not worth the price or the calories. #veganisnotscary
disappeared. The texture was like chewing school rubbers (I was a strange child) I tried melting it, that evaporated the taste and made it like chewing elastic bands (told you I was a strange child) I will not buy this again. #veganisnotscary
