Le polpette Ikea (plant based) sono un prodotto salva tempo per noi negati della cucina. Me le ha appioppate mia madre. In questa variate sono state preparate con un sugo in padella, accompagnate da friarielli (coop) Beh, ci stanno.
Yum these were good! I tried both #veggie #balls from #ikea and I liked these more! These are more like #mockmeat and the other bag (light green) is more like mashed #vegetables. I really enjoyed the taste and texture of these on their own, but they're even better with some sauce! We made a bbq-jelly situation and it was delicious! 9g of #protein and 2g #fiber per serving of 5 balls. As you can see from the nutrition label, the first ingredient is #peaprotein. Sorry for the blurry pic of the front of the bag 😅
These meatballs were great. I wish they had a chunkier texture, but they were tasty overall: not salty and didn't have too much black pepper (like other brands do). This packet had around 30 meatballs. They were also cheaper than other brands I've tried. I'd buy them again. IKEA 5,49€ (500 g)
Such great meatballs! I've used these for spaghetti, meatball subs, and rice bowls, and they've all turned out so well.
