Herbes de Provence Semi-Firm Cheese Wheel

Tried this flavor for the first time tonight. I normally don’t get too adventurous with cheese and stick with the cheddar wheel, but I’m glad I branched out. It was delicious with Back to Nature crackers.

The picture is an empty wrapper because this cheese is so good. We used it on sandwiches and with crackers. My non vegan son liked it as well.

Quite good and very festive vibes! Found this cheese wheel for half price at Grocery Outlet so I HAD to grab it. I love most of the other varieties I’ve tried so I was excited for this one. It is relatively mild, as Miyoko’s does have some tangy/sharp varieties. The herb crust is delicious and makes this cheese special. It is a hard cheese for crackers (or on it’s own I suppose) and is not spreadable. Definitely a cheese I would consider picking up again for the holidays or a special event.
