see that it’s made with Gardein meat! For a frozen meal, this is pretty good. The sauce is flavourful and the dish is made with quinoa so it’s on the healthy side. I also couldn’t believe that it has recycled cardboard packaging (including the bowl itself!) and the veggies cook crisp, not mushy. I’d buy this again — it’s a decent portion size, much more food than even the Gardein line of frozen meals (which I don’t like). I hope Healthy Choice comes out with more vegan options like this!

sauce. I heated this in the oven in a glass dish and covered it. Maybe it would have been improved with a bit of veggie broth and added sauce before cooking it this way.
The sweet flavour was most noticeable but I didn't find it too sweet.
It's something that is convenient when you are busy and just want something to heat and eat so you can continue working.
