cooking cream from oatly based on ... oat. this is the organic version (the other one's package is black) but price is the same with 1,29€/250g (->5,16€/kg). that's ok for me but i. e. the organic cooking cream from dm is again much cheaper. soy- and sugarfree. got the grade "very good"(1 respectively A) from ökotest, which is an organisation(?!) reviewing different products and checking the ingredients, taste, whether they find unhealthy contaminations etc. that's also why i tried this; i used to ise the soy one from alpro which had the worst grade ("sufficient" (4 respectively D)). #cookingcream #organic #oatly #soyfree #sugarfree #vegangermany

This is a product good to use to cook certain kind of plates like with pasta sometimes, but this time I tried this vegan cream to make vegan fennels au gratin and it gave to the plate a good taste.

Oatly offers good oat product including this cooking cream. Compared to soya products this is one is neutral in flavour which makes it perfect for using it in pastas
