Green Pot Matcha Green Tea Powder (Japan)

Grocery haul from Cold Storage, a major supermarket chain in Singapore. Most stuff is imported so everything tends to be more expensive in Singapore.

This #matcha powder is a moderately priced one. It’s closer to culinary grade. The colour is not as vibrant as seen on the packaging. It’s more of an olive green colour. It can taste quite bitter if just drank with water. I would recommend adding some plant-based milk. If you prefer to use water, perhaps use more than stated on the packaging. The smell is fragrant. I’m a #matchalover.

Best matcha powder ever. And I tried lots of Brands. It mixes well and doesn’t leave behind many little lumps at the bottom of your cup. It has the best, deepest taste of all the matcha powders I tried.

This is simply the BEST Matcha green tea powder I have ever bought. It really has the depth of matcha 🍵
