Gondino all’aroma tartufo/Truffle Flavour

Buino anche se il sapore si sente pochissimo. Ideale e super consigliato da usare gratuggiato sulla pasta o su altre ricette

Always looking for cheese substitutes, this time I wanted to try this one. I must say that it is reminiscent of the flavor of aged cheese, perhaps it is just too tasty. The texture is a bit buttery, not overly so, but it melts in the mouth. I think it could be perfect for topping pasta, so I think I will use it like this. It's not cheap but, it will last a few weeks. Glad I didn't steal any puppy's meal. #vegancheese

Un must per chi ama gli aromatizzati al tartufo. Valori nutrizionali sicuramente migliorabili, ma d'altro canto anche il formaggio non è un cibo da mangiare spesso.

Formaggio veg aromatizzato al tartufo molto sfizzioso. L'unica pecca è che in un paio di giorni dall'apertura diventa abbastanza duro, ma con il mixer l'ho grattugiato e usato nella pasta e per mantecare risotti!

Adoro tutta la linea dei gondini ed anche questo all'aroma tartufo è buonissimo, però il mio preferito rimane quello ai ceci neri affumicato.
