Premesso che il Gondino é il più buon simil formaggio che c’é, io preferisco sempre lo stagionato ma tutte le varianti sono buonissime. Molto buono, molto affumicato!!!!
Buono solo caldo e sciolto. Mangiato così per me è immangiabile
Molto simile al Sayvè, che comunque preferisco, ma tutto sommato buono.
Preferisco quello stagionato ma anche questo molto buono per cambiare ogni tanto. Morbido e si sente l’affumicatura
