Golden crumbed garlic and herb schnitzel

Good tasting schnitzel. Nice tasting with the extra herb. Would buy again on sale

This schnitzel was delicious. Easy to cook up and was relatively cheap as I found it on sale in the freezer section. The crumb is well flavoured. The chicken itself tasted like chicken and had a good texture. Was firm and slightly stringy like meat and moist.
