Gluten free Cake Flour

Versatile and useful product to keep in the pantry. Used this to make these steamed mini Christmas cakes (with gf breadcrumbs, coconut oil,fruit mix, nuts & spices) #glutenfree

Obviously a little more pricey than standard wheat flour, but no one could tell the difference in the final product, and the gluten intolerant people were happy!

Great for all the gluten free people out there. Definitely recommend
