Gingerbread Man Sandwiches

If you cut out the cardboard gingerbread man from the front of the box, I bet it would taste better than the actual ‘treat’ in the inside.

#veganisnotscary #gingerbread I found these at Grocery Outlet this morning (Dec 29, 2022) for $0.25/box. I thought “you can’t go wrong at that price “. So I bought 2 boxes. As it turns out, I wouldn’t pay much more than that. I guess I was disappointed because I was expecting these to be (vegan) ice cream sandwiches. Instead, the centre was mousse-like and not that appealing (to me). It didn’t taste bad, just not what I had expected. I should have looked at the front of the box more carefully. I love that they’re different. Maybe the second one will be better.

I don't even like gingerbread and I like these! The aquafaba in this is amazing! Really recommend these! Also they are sooooo cute!

I was nervous since this was my first time trying aquafaba but I was pleasantly surprised! Very tasty! Wish more came in a box

These were only $2! Unfortunately, the texture is very weird and the "ice cream" part is not ice cream, but almost tastes like a weird marshmallow. The cookie part was gummy. Wouldn't recommend. However, I'm sure these are a great option for people who can't have traditional ice cream ingredients or gluten.
