Teriyaki Chick’n Bowl

I sometimes get this from Walmart. This is a really delicious version of a Japanese

dish. It’s one of my favorite foods from Gardein. 10/10 #abillionlove

Not a bad backup to have in your freezer for lazy days. It tastes like

a typical teriyaki rice bowl, and the chick’n is great. I added some tofu too. Would like if the bowl was a little bigger. Price: $5 at Walmart

Feeling too tired to prepare anything? Here is a good bowl to heat up and

eat up. It needs some spice which you can simply add, but It has everything you need in a meal.

I put the frozen food in a dish for the oven and covered it with tinfoil. (I try to avoid microwaving my food). I let it cook for about 40 minutes while I got other things done around the place.

I remember the days when vegan frozen prepared meals were not too common... now being #veganin2020 is much easier.

This is also great if you're working out of town and your hotel has a microwave.
