Mi ha stupito questo non formaggio formaggioso😄 sbriciolato nell'insalata e come ripieno nei fiori di zucca ottimo sapore e consistenza, l'ho comprato al Conad e l'ho preso perché (almeno nella mia zona) sono un po' scarsi con i prodotti vegani e vanno incoraggiati secondo me!!
