Folded Plant-based Eggs

I like that these eggs are already folded perfectly for use on a homemade breakfast sandwich. I add some vegan cheese for a creamier bite. #veganeggs

I was disappointed. I thought I would really like these as I like the liquid Just Eggs a lot. We put these on English muffins along with Daiya cheese. No sure why I didn’t care for them, just didn’t. We had to go to Thief River Falls in Minnesota to find them. We were there for my husband’s daughter’s wedding. We were so excited and bought everyone they had. My husband fried them which I thought was the best way. Not the best plant-based egg in the market but still good. It lacks of flavour. Anyway, great for bagels and sandwiches -especially if you are on a rush.
