Focaccia

Nice herb aroma, best when toasted light and served with extra virgin olive oil!

My first (or probably second) time having focaccia. The bread is generally fluffy and fragrant with bits of cranberry in it. It’s not easy to make the crust crunchy though as instructed to sprinkle some water and heat it up for a bit. Value buy from NTUC FairPrice @ $2.50 nevertheless :’)

This bread is amazing! 🤩 Especially after toasting. Aromatic and crispy, definitely addictive

I LOVE THIS FOCOCCIA. For the price of a normal wholegrain bread ($2.70), I get bomb sour dough fococcia, which is fragrant, herby with zero milk. Gardenia as a brand annoys me as there is needless milk in all their sliced bread, wholegrain or otherwise. Best sliced and toasted on a pan with butter, or now that I'm vegan, olive spread 😉

Decent focaccia esp at a $2.50 price point! Tastes best when toasted & slathered with (vegan) cheese in between two pieces :D #sgbreads
