feta Style crumbles

I already have a favorite brand of vegan feta, but decided to give this a try when I saw it on sale. It doesn’t taste as good as my other favorite brand, but as an ingredient, it does add an authentic taste. Not a great source of nutrient overall, but it does provide a little calcium. I like how there’s not an overwhelming number of ingredients, and they’re simple.  It melts nicely, so I’ve been using it in my pastas and sandwiches. This is one of those cheeses that I like better melted, so I haven’t been adding this to my salads like I do with my other favorite brand. #vegancheese #feta #ditchdairy #dairyisscary #dairyfree #followyourheart #nongmo

It has been a LONG time since I have had traditional dairy feta cheese so I do not really remember if this is what it tastes like 🤣 I would say it looks the right consistency, texture and does have a salty feta flavor I recognize. There are not enough superlatives to describe this product. These feta crumbles are the bomb you don’t need a lot of them because you’re so tasty and flavorful. It’s just sprinkle a little on your salads and enjoy. I made this beet salad and they were the perfect stopping

These are such an amazing vegan version of feta!! Tastes basically identical to the real stuff for me. I love loveee sprinkling some of this on top of foods like tomato soup, spaghetti, and Mediterranean bowls!! Yummm
