It is RYE flour, and not Rice flour, but there was not the option 👌🏽 This bread I baked last week is truly soft and has got a high level protein content. A strong taste but at the same time it is ideal if joined with seeds butter fruit jam! And almost zero effort from my side. We (she) tried rice flour instead of wheat flour for this cocoa free sweets (it's always carob flour).
