Farfalle molto semplici, secondo me queste della garofalo non scuociono mai dopo 15 minuti ancora al dente 😅 comunque le ho condite con panna veg e salmone veg. Buone

As with all Garofalo pastas, it cooked to #aldente perfection at the 14 rexommended minutes. Made of only #durumwheatsemolina, it packs 14g of protein. I recommend this good quality brand if you haven't tried it, though my absolute favorite brand is Molisana. La pasta garofalo a me piace come tenuta cottura e i formati hanno sempre un tocco in più. Farfalla da servirle con condimenti cremosi e poi i minuti di cottura sono ben visibili! 🤣 #santuariocapraliberatutti
