Falafel Balls

The 1st time i tried them i din't really like them , so i decided to give them another try ! They are alright , not my favorite , i like the ones i bought from costco way more , next step is to make my own !

I enjoyed these falafel balls but they are DRYYYYY and definitely need a sauce. Eating them on the side of mashed potatoes was a little lack lustre but next time I’ll add a dip! Smelled like my childhood as they heated up 🥰 (be sure you like cumin before consuming lol)

Best version that I have found. Beneficial that it is soy free. Good protein.

Another fast and great tasting quick weekday meal. Just have to heat and serve on a wrap with grilled veggies.

I love having these in my fridge to bake up quickly for wraps, or salads. They are reliable and aren't trying to mimic meat. I always have a variety of them on hand.
