Ottimi, ottimi, ottimi fagioli! Sono la varietà che io preferisco, saporiti e con quel retrogusto dolciastro... La ricetta segreta della mia famiglia e che li fa venire davvero buoni é: soffritto con cipolla, tre cucchiai di passata di pomodoro, mezzo bicchiere di vino rosso e poi farli cuocere 3/4 d'ora a fuoco basso... So che la cottura é lunga ma é uno dei segreti per farli venire strepitosi e super cremosi! Provare per credere!!!
