Extra Firm Tofu

Great product, I would have given 5/5, but so many brands producing tofu. I marinated in a store bought Italian salad dressing and used in a mixed salad as a cheese substitute. Delicious!

This tofu from Simple Truth is a great product. It’s easy to open -not all tofu is easy to open. It’s also reasonably priced. I’m so glad tofu is so easy to find now! This tofu cooked up well. I pressed it, baked it and then cooked it in a sauce on the stove. The texture was nice and firm and the sauce added a nice flavor. I got this at Fred Meyer on sale for I think $1.39 but it's normally $1.69 which is one of the better prices I've seen for tofu, especially organic!
