This cheddar tastes great with crackers or shredded for nachos. Priced well and will definitely purchase again

They’ve changed the recipe (for the better) in the last couple years and I’m so thankful! This is just the block sliced (by me) for Chz toast. Doesn’t “melt” in a stringy-way well, but does get soft and melty, and taste great ! New go-to since I can’t find Miyokos slices #wherearethey
So this one is made with Oats and chickpeas, it is awsome , its very creamy and so close to the real thing
Great taste! I made a « Brighton soup » with it & had memories coming up.
This is a go-to cheese for me, but only in the block, it's not very good pre shredded. It melts well enough for grill cheese, and I love adding it to mac n' cheese for extra cheesiness. It worked well on these chili cheese dogs after a couple minutes under the broiler. 👍
