Dark Chocolate Cranberry & Hazelnut Cookies

I would not normally try these as I’m not a fan of dried fruit in cookies or chocolate, but these were bought as a gift. I wanted to like these, since I do like chocolate and hazelnut, but the cranberries kind of ruined the cookie for me. They were the dominant flavor and texture, which just did not work for me. These were much better than I thought, and improved with each bite. The Cranberries were chewy, the nuts substantial and the cookie itself the right mix of crumbly and chewy

I received them as a present and I enjoyed them, they are quite crumbly and it’s a nice surprise when you bite into a chewy cranberry. They are not overpoweringly chocolatey

This hits all the right notes. Delicious cookies generously filled with dark choc chips, cranberries and hazelnut. Every crunch was a treat in itself

These cookies are really nice. I was given these as a Christmas present, otherwise they are a bit pricey for what they are. Inside the tin they are in a plastic tray also wrapped in a plastic bag which isn't great, though the tin can be reused - but the cookies themselves are delicious!
