The last time I tried Daiya cheese shreds they were very gluey, and I avoided

them for several years. They must have changed their recipe because these are fantastic! Great flavour and melts beautifully. Will be switching from Violife shreds as these are half the price! #vegancheese

first time trying this cheese shred variety by daiya & i like it! it’s a

This is one thing that daiya has done right. This cheese melts and gets stringy

just like the original. I love making nachos with this cheese. Yum.

Tastes pretty good and melts! Also looks very similar to non-vegan cheese, making it a

good alternative.
