Tasty. Very high in protein. And high in sugar too. Not very spicy. I got it on sale at Target for around $3.50. I probably wouldn’t buy again but that’s because I am not a big fan of curry. Also, the brand is owned by Nestle.
I LOVE curry dishes! This ready-to-eat option is perfect to take to work. And, it is very good! The only issue for me is that the sodium content is higher than I prefer and can tolerate. I add little to no salt to my food. I love lentils so having it part of this dish makes me happy! I’m happy there are more and more vegan options available in my grocery store freezer. I will always have one in my freezer.
