Really tasty escalope. Crispy batter and the texture of the ‘chicken’ is not and not to chewy or mushy.

Nice. It is made with seitan and jackfruit. Nice texture. Nice taste. Love it. It is not to meaty although the smell is, haha. Checked many times to see is it vegan.
