Buone! Si sentiva il sapore del grano arso e anche la farina più “rustica” della
solita usata per la pasta.
Ottime per preparare la pasta con i broccoli. Come cottura indica 16 minuti ma viene pronta in anche meno tempo.

Orecchiette al grano arso ( burnt grain ) are original from Puglia, where according to
a tradition, villagers harvested the scorched grains that remained after farmers burnt their fields to make way for new crops or collected the brunt flour off the floor of communal ovens after loaves were baked.
They have a very distinctive toasted-bitter-caramel taste and are best suited to sweet or spicy dressings (in fact they were perfect with pistachio pesto!).
Great quality. Limited edition at Lidl for only 1€!
