Coconut + Vanilla Cookies

Again, these cookies are ridiculously good. You would have no idea that they are actually the healthier option. I would devour these every weekend if I could but they are just out of my budget now.

Not a bad cookie - chunky with the vanilla and coconut coming through nicely. It’s a bit soft for me - I prefer a crunchy cookie 🍪 Preference is the peanut butter one. Probably won’t buy again #vegancookies #vanilla #coconut

I was quite excited about these cookies, but I was a bit disappointed. I expected more vanilla taste. The cookies are quite hard. On the positive side, I like it that it’s not overly sweet and once you manage to have a bite, the texture is good.

These were on special at Dischem & it's the first time I've spotted them - timing?! ✨ I very rarely eat #cookies, mostly because once a pack is open, it doesn't last longer than a day 🤣 Feels? I had to limit myself to three when I opened these. The taste is exactly as I expected - and even less coconutty, which is nice. Sometimes coconut can be quite overpowering. The vanilla and love come through in beautiful notes too 😛 Regarding #texture - maybe it's just this pack (no judgement of a product on a single pack - that'd be silly) - it's not as crunchy as expected. I do feel that this app needs a "Texture" star rating, or not? I don't know. For me, texture is important. I'd definitely buy these again and I'm stoked that the HEP brand have decided to add to their range 🍪

Although I prefer the other flavours, I like that this is made with chickpeas and has no after taste and is quite a chunky dense cookie.
