Under $2 (250ml) plucked from the spanking new #Thai supermarket in Aperia Mall (think khaosoi, salak, fresh banana blossom). A handful of thai eateries as well with a 24hr cafe serving 2 pages of vegetarian fare (supper at 3am anyone?) And I wonder if all that's gotta do with Golden Mile Complex's demise 😜 No preservatives and next to Philippines' #drupe, this is the best anyone can #coconut get out of a packet. By far the best coconut milk I have ever used! Super creamy, I tried it in a korma curry and tomato cream sauce. Found at the Royall Touch Indian foods supermarket in Corralejo. 4,35€ for the liter. FYI, emulsifier e435 may or may not be vegan, in this case it is plant-based but always a good idea to check with the manufacturer!! #sinoesveganonoescomida
