Coconut Cream Cheese Style Spread

I went to my friend's house and wanted a #snack. I was so happy to see that she had #vegan cream cheeze! We made bagels with this #product and added #tomatoes from her garden on top. It was sooooo gooodddd. You couldn't really taste the #coconut, which I appreciated. I want to make this again! She said it was $4.

Nice and sharp/tart. Keeps well in the fridge. Just what I'm looking for in a spread. It would be nice if it had more texture, but it's lack thereof is not a huge detriment.

Great spread, just very coconut tasting. Great with fruit, but won't give you that savory taste you want. Fabulous for veganifying recipes that have traditional cream cheese!

I usually only buy cream cheese to make jalapeño poppers because I haven't been too fond of the store bought ones I've tried so far. This one, however, is quite good and I actually really enjoyed it on bagels and English muffins with jam.
