I use coconut sugar all the time as it's a slightly healthier option for a sweetener than natural white or brown cane sugar. I usually keep a batch mixed with Cinnamon to sprinkle over my oats, fritters, etc. This evening I used it in Almond Choc chip cookies I baked. #truefood #coconutblossomsugar

I've resisted buying this for a while now because of the price but finally invested in a bag. It's absolutely delicious! Tastes very toffee-like and has an amazing depth of flavour. It's a much healthier alternative to sugar, and not nearly as sweet, with a much nicer flavour.
