Classic Vegetable Soup

I love this soup served with hot (alternatively buttered) toast.

Nice vegetable soup, you could add rice, seeds and spinach to make it more fun

Never liked vegetable soup growing up but this one’s pretty nice. Goes well with added vegetables and some seasonings.

Me ha parecido original pero pensaba que era más sopa. Muchos tropezones y enteros. Sabor muy potente y bastante espesa

The taste is nothing special, the #soup was a little watery because I think I added too much water, so I added a little bit of couscous inside for density. It comes in handy if you’re in a hurry and want a quick warm meal, but I don’t think I’m going to get this again. #veganisnotscary #challenge (52)
