Really filling, got this as an airplane snack and I might get it myself in the future

Value is great because I got it for free on a JetBlue flight. I thought this was an interesting (and tasty) bar. Most bars have a lot of nuts while this one focused on seeds. It was sweet (maple syrup and brown rice) but it didn't taste talk sweet. The cinnamon flavor was nice.
