I divided the content of the package in two. I mixed the first half with water (1 cup), apple purée (2tbsp) and some cashew nuts. It wasn't great - very dry and not sweet enough for me. The second half was much better: I mixed it with water (1 cup), mashed banana (1), brown sugar (2tbsp) and chocolate chips. Not as healthy, but definitely my pick! Overall, I would recommend it for those with gluten allergies. If you're ok with gluten, there are better healthy options out there.
