It is all thanks to falafel that I loooooove chickpeas. My favourite is to have them with cumin, mayo, onion and avo.
Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are a type of legume that are commonly used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. They have a creamy texture and a mild, earthy flavor that makes them a versatile ingredient in many dishes. Chickpeas are non-GMO, gluten-free, and packed with protein, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals, making them a healthy addition to any meal. They can be used to make a hearty vegetarian stew, a flavorful hummus, or simply added to a salad for extra texture and nutrition. Overall, chickpeas are a delicious and nutritious ingredient that can elevate any dish to the next level.

I like these, they’re tasty and a good size. Haven’t tried this aquafaba yet though.
Is there anything bad to say about chickpea's? Good quality product. I used them in my wraps tonight, mashed up with my own mayo mix. Chickpea's is a staple in my house, I use them in brownies, falafels, wraps, roasted with cumin. The possibilities with chickpea's is endless.
These chick peas are so well priced . In brine . Choice grade
I use it in curries, humus, roasted as a snack and in stir fries. A little bit pricy but still have tons of it in my cuboards
