Two mini vegan cheesecakes, with a slightly lemony taste. Great consistency. They could effortlessly pass as a restaurant dessert. Taw in the fridge for 2-3 hours before enjoying them. I top them with jam or fresh fruits for a better look. Sooo worth it!
