Finally! A vegan cheese I can get behind. To be honest, I’d given up. And I’d got to the point of not missing cheese quite a while ago. But this! I bought it from Organic Zone in Lakeside as it had been marked down as it’s on its SB date. And I’m so glad I did! It’s ridiculously delicious - a real treat. Ingredients: Cashew nuts, filtered water, chickpea miso (4%) (chickpeas, rice, filtered water, salt, koji cultures), nutritional yeast, herbs / spices, salt, lactic acid, cultures (vegan).
