I think most vegan greek cheese is generally lovely and this is no different. Can't
tell the difference from the the dairy version. Lasts for 10 days after opening so all good. #ditchdairy

I like this cheese for a greek style salad. It tastes not exactly like a
feta, and the consistency is far away, but still tasty.
