All the veggies were really fresh and tasted delicious but I thought it was odd that there was no sauce of any kind and that made the tofu kind of bland and the rice and lentil mix on the bottom quite dry. It's a good portion size and it contains a couple different kinds of protein which is pretty good for something carried by a mainstream grocery store.
This is an easy and healthy meal to pick up at Farm Boy. My husband was the one who noticed this and wanted to try it. I tried a few bites. This doesn't come with dressing or sauce and I didn't notice if there was any at the store. In any event, I made a lemon ginger dressing with some sesame oil (and seasoning) which went well with this bowl. One could also have this hot with seasonings/sauce of choice. They have an allergy disclaimer but I'm sure this is just to cover their a$$es. It is marked vegan. #buddhabowl #veganiseasy
