Bob's journey began in the mid '60s after coming across a book about an old stone-grinding flour mill. Unable to shake his vision of operating a flour mill that provided healthy and nutritious food, Bob tirelessly searched for his own set of usable millstones. With a little time and persistence, Bob and his wife found several sets of millstones and began their first mill in Redding, California.

Love this brand! Buckwheat is a nice breakfast alternative to the boring old oatmeal ;). Toddler approved! P.S. look up the buckwheat plant! Beautiful in the fall!

Everyone in my house loves this creamy buckwheat hot cereal. Gluten free is a plus.

I love this hot cereal! I have Celiac Disease which means that I cannot eat gluten, but what is not as well known is that some people with Celiac (including me) react to Avenin, the protein in Oats as well, so for me, Oatmeal is off the table. Thankfully, there are so many other delicious grains I can have for breakfast! Buckwheat is definitely one of my favorites!
