Broccoli and Pesto Quiche

I bought this for lunch and it was very satisfying with a garnish of cherry tomatoes. #cashewnuts #pumpkinseeds #basil #brocccoli a very nice set of ingredients for pesto. For me the slightly rough consistency worked well. The pastry is light but held it’s shape from the oven to the plate. The instructions are a little confusing. They suggest that the quiche is best eaten cold, but if you do heat it up, let it go cold. Well, I took a chance, heated up and it ate it warm and enjoyed it. I guess Clive’s are just trying to cover all bases. I was pleased to see their bold statement on the side of the packet that they want to ‘make eating animals a thing of the past. #govegan Priced at £2.95 And all power to them for making the packaging #plasticfree I’ll look forward to trying more of their recipes

Like every other vegan quiche I've ever had this was more of a tart but I'm not complaining because it was delicious! The pastry was good and didn't get soggy in the oven and the filling was really nice, I could use some more broccoli in it though 🥦

Really enjoyed this quiche! It's not exactly like the egg version but it was a lovely broccoli and pesto tart 😋 Think it was pricey for the size - got it from Ocado 😂

Another super yummy quiche from Clive's. This one has a subtle pesto flavour and nice big florets of broccoli. Pastry is lovely and soft 🥦
