I was mainly attracted to this instant ramen as it’s not very common to see a vegan beef flavor option. I may be a bit more let down because of this reason; the ramen is savory and comforting but lacks the depth that was expected. Like the chicken variety, I found the noodles to have a pretty good texture for a protein rich noodle. Definitely a reasonable option for a quick snack or meal (with some add-ins) and shelf-stable product but not sure I’d ever crave it. Purchased at ALDI. #instantramen #veganbeef #aldiusa

It was fine. I didn’t really like the taste but it does have quite a bit of protein for ramen. I think I should try the chicken flavor next, maybe I’ll like it better. #veganisnotscary
