Blueberry Lemon

I was surprised by the presentation but I was surprised by the taste. It's nutritious. I recommend. My son didn't want to take it to school. I'll take it for snacks at work

This seed bar is so delicious! The mix of seeds, puffed rice and fruit pieces creates a varied texture. The bar is nice and chewy. It is sweet, but not overly so. The pieces of blueberries add a sweet and tasty burst of flavor throughout. The lemon flavor is there as well but pretty subtle. This is definitely a snack bar and not a protein bar but it does also contain chickpeas and has 4 grams of protein for 140 calories. I’ve only found these bars at Sprouts so far, and only in two flavors. I’m curious to try more flavors as well as their puffed rice bars. #seeds #snack #snackbar #blueberrylemon
