Not bad! If you are trying to veganize or to realise some recipe that originally would have contained eggs, this is the right salt to use to give your food that "sulfurous" egg flavour. I use it for example in preparing vegan carbonara.

I can’t remember how much I paid for it now but it was definitely worth it, as ive got plenty of use out of it so far and you only need the smallest amount to get a super realistic eggy taste!
Finally got my hands on some black salt. This is really great, gives dishes an eggy tatse without being overpowering. You only need a tiny amount too so good value for money, this was around £2. Taking tofu scramble to the next level!
