O. M. F. Delish!! Def satisfies that urge for birthday cake!!!! I could eat this whole entire bag!!
I was looking for something new to try and this Safe + Fair birthday cake granola caught my eye at Walmart. What I found interesting about it is that it’s crunchy with 2 types of crunch. First, you have the stronger crunch from the dried rice syrup and sugar, and then the lighter crunch from the puffed brown rice and millet. On the whole, this is a light granola with the wonderful sweetness of birthday cake. In addition to the taste and crunchy texture, the slightly soft oats lend chewiness and flavor. Although they pride themselves on using all clean ingredients and are also free from the top 9 allergens, they do use palm oil in their granola. Nutritionally, a 1/3 cup (30g) serving provides you with 130 calories from 4.5g fat, 21g carbs and just 2g protein. There are 11 servings in a bag, but they can go fast. I enjoyed it plain, and then experimented with other ways to have it. My photos include a banana with Justin’s vanilla almond butter (check out my review of that here: https://app.abillion.com/reviews/62d70652970a1767d8318fa4 ) dipped in the granola. What a treat! I purchased this at Walmart for $4.98, but they also sell these through their website. #granola #birthdaycake #oats #light #breakfast #veganbreakfast #veganisnotscary #sweettooth #chewy #fun #yummy #palmoil #veganparty #vegangranola #freefromthetop9 #glutenfree #senzaglutine #singluten #glutenfrei #glutenfreevee
Great packaging. I love their mission and I love the granola. It’s so sweet and crunchy. It’s like healthy candy or something. I don’t eat that yogurt anymore. I eat this with grain free cereal or Kite Hill yogurt (if I can find it and afford it). Highly recommend for my fellow sweet tooth people!🥰
This is so good! I eat it in almond milk, just like cereal, but it would be excellent in a vegan yogurt or just by itself too.
