Beefy Brat Sausages

Oooh these are quite nice - not too doughy/gluten-y and surprisingly on the lower side of calories for sausages in general. A source of protein but also fibre! Faint spice (heat). #vegansausage

Substantial and filling sausages - two are enough for me. A good amount of heat. Perfection a bbq, grill or in the airfryer.

These have the doggo tick of approval. When they are begging for a bite you know it’s good! They cook up easily and taste quite nice with a unique umami flavour. Will buy again. #dogsofabillion #veganisnotscary

Clearly I am not a sausage connoisseur as I had no idea that picking up "brat" type sausages meant they would be a little spicy. I can deal with the spice with minor contempt for those that relish in all things 🌶️ however the kid took one bite and spat these out 😁 Overall, these are nice and cooked up well on the bbq served on bread with cooked onions and tomato sauce but maybe find an alternative if you don't appreciate chilli.
