As a change in the salad, the vegan feta is okay, but it doesn't really

convince me. The consistency is too soft and smooth and not as crumbly as feta. It is also only slightly salty. There is more to it. The taste is very subtle. My pickled tofu tastes more like shepherd's cheese...
