Holy sh!t this is good!! My favorite meat alternative to date. Texture, flavor, presentation- everything is on point! Easily shreds for a bbq “pork” sandwich and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between this and actual pork. Changed my world. So good and can’t wait to try more flavors. You also don’t need to use the entire package right away (there is enough for about 4 sandwiches) and you can keep the rest in the fridge for up to 5 days!
