The taste is very good, it's 39% less fat than chicken nuggets, 13 g. protein. I cooked in air fryer.
These are ok. They were the only Chik nuggets at Grocery Outlet and I didn’t feel like going to another store so they served their purpose. I like the coating and how crispy they get, but the inside needs to get better.
