Base per pizza

A good neutral pizza base, not too thick, not too thin. The regular price is sadly too high for regular purchase, it made more sense to me to learn to do my own pizza crusts. It fits into a regular microwave and cooks alright, if you don't have an oven. I put a microwave-safe(!) parchment paper under to tone down humidity between pizza and plate (standard grill rack is a bit small and pizza may sag on it alone). Schar is a reliable brand, wish they had more vegan products.

This is by far the best pre-made #glutenfree pizza base I've tried. The ingredient list has its flaws but the base tastes just like regular gluten one. The only downside to this product is that is crumbles more easily but that's typical for glutenfree breads.
